Greg Ellis is a Director of the Lanark County Trail Corporation.
Greg is a 3 season resident of Silver Lake. Retired from a career in Public Works engineering and operations, he has been enjoying using, developing and maintaining trails for 25 years.
A former executive of Hamilton Cycling Club, he has worked on trails at Christie Lake CA, Halton Agreement Forest and Silver Lake Wesleyan Camp. He is in his 3rd year with the Lanark County Municipal Trails Corporation
The County owns over 4,638 hectares (11,460 acres) of Community Forests. Trails are important to people and communities in a wide variety of ways.
Trails can help improve our health and fitness, our economy, and our transportation needs; and help connect us with our environment, our heritage and each other.
The Lanark County Municipal Trails Corporation meet on the third Monday of each month, excluding July.
